As each year comes to a close, our calendar year-end tax requirements are the focus of our attention.  All businesses are required by the Internal Revenue Service to timely issue various types of information reporting documentation in regards to the income payments they have disbursed.
 
Certainly, we are most familiar with Form 1099-MISC, but are you aware of the many letters used to identify and distinguish the different types of income on either other Forms 1099s or the additional information reporting documents?
